Dave excels at scheduling the various trades people. He knows the order to ask them to come and is excellent at estimating how long each tradesperson will take. He treats them well and they respond to his requests for assistance if unexpected events occur as well.

Dave recruits extremely skilled tradespeople (carpenters, tile layers, stonemasons, plumbers, electricians, window installers, dry-wallers and painters)who are true craftsmen and who take pride in their own good work. They are excellent at their jobs, pleasant to have around, and clean up afterwards - much appreciated.
